I had a lot of IPs mainly because the server was massively attacked (around 5000 IPs blocked) so in my head I was thinking how long This program places a block ip on firewall list and then remove it after a certain amount of time but it does not. Ok I use a program to block IPs case they fail a login on Remote Desktop more then 5 times. but I think I solved the problem in my case.
